I love the mantel. The stonework is quickly growing on me. Ben was stoked with it to begin with. I wanted a simple stainless steel surround.
We are still working on the hearth but I love that too.

Just need to say one thing to let u know ben was right on the stones and not u on the stainless steel - FINGERPRINTS!!! u'd constantly be having to clean that - those stones won't show anything - dirt, food, probably not even blood :)
